About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to step into a central role, overseeing the day-to-day running of two dynamic businesses. You'll play a key part in streamlining operations, improving processes, and leading teams to deliver top-tier service. You’ll be the glue between departments, ensuring systems run smoothly, communication is clear, and team members are supported. We're especially keen to hear from candidates who are natural people leaders — someone who brings a balance of structure, empathy, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Oversee and enhance daily operations across both businesses Lead client communication workflows, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups Develop and train staff on documented processes and SOPs Manage and improve CRM and workflow platforms (Zoho, Mercury, SharePoint) Drive automation and AI adoption across operational functions Lead HR functions: onboarding, leave tracking, broker onboarding, and staff support Ensure WHS, facilities, and vendor/supplier management are in check Coordinate IT tools, ensuring systems and training meet team needs Deliver accurate operational and sales reporting to leadership Organise internal meetings, staff training, events, and culture initiatives About You Proven experience in operations management in a busy, service-based environment A confident people leader who builds trust, motivates others, and drives accountability Comfortable managing systems, CRMs, and improving workflows Naturally organised, hands-on, and solutions-focused Tech-savvy and open to innovation, automation, and AI Why Apply?
